COVID - Please come alone to your appointment while covid is still an issue, if you feel unwell or show any symptoms please cancel and stay at home and we can get you re booked as soon as your better. If having a colour service please ensure you have a patch test done 48hrs prior to your service if you are an existing customer and have not had a colour in the last 6 months or if you are a new customer.
Deposits
All deposits paid are non refundable.
Children in the salon
Children are very welcome in the salon but it is a dangerous environment, we politley request that they do not run around or touch any dangerous items, damages to the shop furniture or other customers belongings must be paid for and we dont want to see your little ones hurt.
Colour guarantees
Each colour line has its own longeivity, this will be discussed at the time of your appointment, if the correct aftercare isn,t followed I cannot be held responsible for fading issues. All the advice on aftercare products you need to maintain your hair untill your next visit are available from your stylist in the salon.
Extension aftercare
Please see the extension section of this website for a full breakdown of the correct aftercare routine for your hair extensions, I cannot be held responsible for your own negligence of your extensions.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers have an expiry date and will not be taken after the date, any vouchers given to fundraisers by kahuna hair cannot be redeemed for cash.
